What is the Google Safe Browsing Blacklist?
Google operates a blacklist of suspected phishing and malware-infested web pages. These blacklists are the same ones used in Google's antiphishing plug-in for the Firefox web browser, as well as Google Desktop.
If any of your web pages are on this blacklist, Google will takes steps to warn their users about your site. The first step is to place a warning next to the listing in their results page. Underneath your website title will be the message "This site may harm your computer"
If a user clicks on this listing, they will be presented with an interstitial warning page, cautioning them against proceeding.

If the user has the Google Toolbar installed, they will also be presented with a pop-up warning about the page. You can test this yourself by clicking this link (safe link).
